Advanced Hires is partnering with a renowned leading company delivering cutting edge benefits management solutions to hire a Sales Executive to help our client build up their business activities! Sales Executive responsibilities include discovering and pursuing new sales prospects, negotiating deals, and maintaining customer satisfaction. If you have excellent communication skills and feel comfortable reaching out to potential customers to demonstrate our services through email and phone, we'd like to speak with you. Ultimately, you'll help them meet and surpass business expectations and contribute to our company's rapid and sustainable growth.
*Responsibilities*
* Achieve individually established fiscal year sales revenue goals for the client's services around benefits administration solutions.
* Build business by identifying and selling our client's services directly to clients, prospects, agents, and agencies.
* Determine business opportunities by identifying prospects and researching sales options
* Selling services by contacting and developing relationships with prospects that should include cold calling, emailing, canvassing, webinars, new technology outreach, and other innovative methods that result in new sales development opportunities.
* Participate in networking opportunities to increase new sales.
* Close sales with prospects from sales activities.
* Attending various trade shows, conventions, and conferences.
* Conduct client service calls and other functions to ensure client clientele retention.
* Maintain CRM system up-to-date records of sales-related functions: calls, client visits, emails, etc.
* Contribute to the sales team effort by accomplishing sales results.
*Skills*
* Proven experience within the Sales industry
* Experience within the Broker/Benefits world is nice to have.
* Excellent knowledge of MS Office
* Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
* Fast learner and passion for sales
* Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
* Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $70,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
